I agree, mistakes are best made now rather than later. But the whole ethos of the club is promotion or nothing. So every 3 points dropped while he finds his feet are costly.
I see nothing in the way Sabri has approached things to disagree with so-far. He seems to want to play in a certain way which is pleasing on the eye, yet not the turgid pass-it-around-at-the-back Warburton football. I think he's done great to come in at the late stage he did and hit the ground running. I admired the way he cancelled some of the pre-season games so he could work with the squad, it showed a certain strength of character IMO.
And I don't hold him accountable for the transfer shambles, that's clearly not in his remit, but he'll be the one that pays with his job.
