An extra 12 meters. If you did that for all the other stands. How much extra capacity could the City Ground muster?
That's why I was quizzical about the height and capacity of this stand. Perhaps it augers a future where each stand will be knocked down and rebuilt to maximise the City Ground foot print and push capacity to its limits.
Eg. If it's 35-ish with the Peter Taylor Stand. If you rebuilt the Brian Clough Stand to match it...how much extra capacity could they rinse out of it? Same with A Block. Same with Bridgford.
Could Forest eventually push 40-45k by gradually redeveloping each stand at a time to 38 meters. That and filling in the corners?
