New roof will be a waste of money, the Main Stand need to be demolished and rebuilt ...maybe taking some of the car park (as this can be assimilated in a new design). By having a new roof no money will be made, by rebuilding the Main Stand in a two tier stand plus amenities inside it will make the place self financing. We can even move the shop there, and (I dont know if the present shop land is ours or not), replace the shop with a small hotel or some luxury flats.
If our aim is the Premiership, these investments must be done before we are there, cause if we make it there it will be hard to limit the ground capacity (at least for a whole season when works on the new stand are ongoing).
For me replacing the roof of the main stand is no more then when Fawaz bought the screens...
