From what I've heard they barely pay attention to fans, and are very set in their ways. Odd fan I know has tried to suggest odd things since they've been here, and they just weren't interested.
However, I still don't think this bodes well for AK, as they expect success, and won't tolerate average results for long either. If you look at EM's history with managers he will sack anyone who isn't being successful.
After invest the money he has, I 100% believe he not only expects us to be firmly rooted in the top 6, but also competing to win the league too. Anyone who buys into this "2 year plan" speil is niave IMO. he's not invested 25m to wait around several years, he's invested that to get immediate results.
