Em not only sacks managers for not being successful, he also sacks managers who have been successful under his ownership.
He will always back his managers with new signings, always. However once that backing has been made then he expects his managers to deliver and to deliver quickly. Whether it's right or wrong or whether we agree with it or not, that's how it's going to be for the duration of his time of being our owner.
