I'd love to see Fornah play but maybe Bournemouth would be too big a call. Blackburn on Wednesday would suit better I think. Back at full back might just be a good idea though.

You might be right there.  Aren't Blackburn playing a fit of 'youth' in the team these days?

Were clearly aligned to how we want to see football to be played. Let's look after that ball much better. Back and Fornahs performances on Wednesday mean they have earned the right to start for me. Would send out agood message to the whole academy that if you get a shirt, play well, you keep it. 

Carvalho goals certainly helped his case too. Not a chance that is the team tomorrow mind. Just listen to Hughtons post match interview.

The maturity of Fin and Fornah's play suggests they could at least hit the subs bench.  Performances like those vs Bradford suggest they're ready to start.

Young Wes' Morgan had an impressive debut back in the day and never looked back.  Fin and Fornah are of the quality that maybe they could do likewise?

No way will CH throw in rookie against Bournemouth. They're a top side. We don't need to go gung ho at this lot. We'll get spanked.

I think Mighten will drop out and he'll play Lolley because he's reliable at tracking back and helping the full back out.  (A valiant Mighten has taken a bit of a battering over both matches.)

Tough ask on Tutu. He wont be up to full match fitness and he'll be asked to play a full 90 minutes against a top side as there is literally no alternative.

That's probably going to be close to it.  Hughton tends to keep the side consistent unless something catastrophic happens in the match or through injury.

I think most would have been grateful to see Lolley on one wring and Zinc Man on the other...with an Academy dynamo through the middle.

Not quite sure what you are getting at here? There are 6/7 players who will remain a key part of the squad for this season. Whether they are all good enough to compete at the top end is another matter. We have certainly put out worse teams in living memory

Thats fine was taking it too seriously. The thing is if thats the worst we can put out there are only 4 who I would consider substandard, 5 if you include Fred. We have had worse in the past. The noticeable thing for me was the forward line, its literally the only choices we have and it looks slow and lacking goals.
