Ive been thinking about that Reds over the last day or so. Without a fit Taiwo and subsequently playing Elanga centrally as a no9, can we consider ourselves to be a rapid counter attacking side any more? Origi and CHO dont have rapid pace.

Lost in all the chaos of the refereeing issues but Elanga really shouldn't be playing CF. Cooper tried it once or twice and it didn't work and it didn't work again last weekend. Seemed very odd to have Origi playing there and Elanga as the CF. As soon as Taiwo came on, Elanga immediately improved.

Hopefully won't matter too much for the rest of the season with Taiwo fit and Wood closing in on returning.

I was very unimpressed with Nuno playing Taiwo for the full 100+ mins vs ManUtd to be honest. Unnecessary, didn’t achieve anything and he looked totally knackered when he came on vs Liverpool. Would have been far more effective had he been fit to play 60 mins with Elanga in his natural position.

As well as the stabbing the away fans getting constantly pelted with bottles coins and lighters apparently. Im sure UEFA will issue a £2.50 fine and shrug their shoulders as usual.

You know even though we need to focus on our own performance I'd rather them get battered and dejected before we play them.
