He will have known about this for long enough & can go back to Scotland for the weekend.
He can train this week & play Friday - we can overprotect players in my view.

I seem to remember Stern John flying in from America, signing and being in the team that evening, scoring on his debut still jetlagged.

He should have been jetlagged more often, he might have scored a few more  :)

He was a decent player- didn’t he get a bad injury just as he was starting to find form?

I really hope we get a result Friday so we can settle down and get on with the season. The first of a 20 game winning streak!

Well i thought i was optimistic Ozzy.
But that suprises even me.

Hudders are yet another one of our bogey teams ,(i'm starting to think they all are ).
Lets hope your right.

Nice and attacking

But we all know we will see the same formation and system, and sabri favorites playing over better players

very attacking, why not, maybe time to just focussing on scoring a goal regardless of any other consequences

He can nip up on Saturday.

id love to see 3 at the back with underlapping wingbacks, 1 up front running channels and 2 attacking central midfields with licence to drift wide (Freeman drifting left, Lolley? drifting right)

sort of a 5-2-2-1
