I dont know mate, it is chinese whispers but wouldnt be surprised if some truth, we have wasted millions over the years on paying off mangers, Davies being the biggest shocker, 5 year deal wasnt it?

For example Potter is on only £1M a year but he has signed a renewed contract plus it will be heavily incentivised. For Hughtons experience we probably arent far off, maybe thats the figure for his 2 year contract at best. You have to factor in backroom teams too they arent free. Then you have to pay the new bloke, it is a significant hit.
