Gueddy is so important really showed the difference between playing him/Watson compared to Colback/Watson. Need to keep him fit or hope one of the new CMs is close. Love the full backs, feeling good after that

I wonder if the Colback performance is knowing that 2 more DCM's have signed and now everyone has to up their game. I think Watson will eventually get pushed down the order, he seems the weakest link at the moment prior to bringing in the 2 new DCM's.
Carvalho played well, as did Osborn. The weakest link there was probably Cash, he needs to improve his play now. Kind of like reverse now......Cash needs to improve his general play while Osborn needs to improve his finishing (Cash can finish and Osborn has good general play) If only we could merge the 2 into 1, that 1 would be an outstanding player. I think we have turned the corner now - Karanka has a squad that he wants - he has had time to get them playing the way he wants - and now we should start to see the wins more often than draws.

Is football as simple as having good players in every position? Wasnt able to get to the match but the feedback sounds very encouraging. Another win on Saturday will have us purring.

Good game tonight, gritty and determined. So pleased for the scorers and the whole team. Hefele and fox were immense at the back and finally a goal from a set piece!

Outstanding performance, carvalhos goal was too class. Things are starting to click, players knowing where they are. Even grabban who's took some flack I thought was brilliant his movement off the ball and holding the ball up was good. Really pleased for hi.m, as that goal will take the pressure away. COYR on to Saturday more.of the same please.

Carvalho is class full stop there was a period of 15 mins in the second half where he was unplayable and his connect up play with Osborn frightening. If Osborn learned how to take the simple chances he gets he'll be worth a fortune, he could, should have got close to a hat-trick last night and still turned in an MOM performance
You can see the back 4 building an understanding the full backs are really impressing Jancko could be the find of the season and Robinson is just a plain old nasty bastard with a bloody good first touch any how confidence is building Grabban had the performance he and we have been looking for and probably the most important of the lot the "star striker" got the goal, that impacts the whole team you want to see him scoring its a ripple effect. Going back to Carvalho I felt that was the first game where he felt comfortable, not sure if the 2 week break just helped break up the frantic start to the season or what but last night there were little signs of real comfort and arrogance about his play where I thought this kid is going to be a star in this league We're still a million miles away yet we have to be really patient this league throws up horrible results we could be a victim Saturday that is a reality but all being well that won't be the case and we are starting to get on a roll, a couple of wins and Forest will be spoken about as one loss in 10 not concentrating on the alarming amount of draws I'm happy, mind you I was that distressed after Brentford we've been up and down like a tarts knickers all season and we haven't finished with that yet COYR

His vision is a class above, players half the time don't expect it. It certainly is turning that way the champ. I've always liked brentford and their philosophy on football, be interesting to see if they can hold out for the season.

I believe Sheffield Wednesday really had done their homework on Forest. They were marking Cashy very tightly and giving him next to nothing time on the ball. They also man marked Fox to hinder him from sending his excellent long passes, often to Cashy. So I don't agree that Cash was the weak link as I believe it was part of Sheffield Wednesday's game plan to keep him out of the game by marking him closely. Really a great acknowledgement of how far he has come this season.
