I've always thought his inconsistency was a flaw. But then again, he wouldn't be playing for us if he was 10/10 every week.

Feel sorry for Joe, he’s obviously having a difficult season by his standards, if and when he does play himself back into form it will be like a new signing. Glad Sabri is sticking with him and also pleased the fans aren’t getting on his back.

I think Lolley is playing just as well as last season.
Always a threat, always causing problems for defenders down the right hand side.
This season he is getting great support from Cash overlapping.
Not sure what the issue is for some.
Last season, a third of the way in, he scored 4 with 3 assists.
This season he's scored 3 with 2 assists.
That's hardly a catastrophic dip in form.
Plus the team is deservedly in the play-off places.

The big difference is the team is not reliant exclusively on Lolley to produce the win.
He may also not be receiving as much of the ball as last year with Sammy causing mayhem on the left.

^ This. I don't see an issue with Lolley. He wasn't 100% in some games due to a toe injury but for the most part I think he has been just fine.

The team are all working hard for each other off he ball and with it - don't see the need to have a scapegoat at this point in time.
