Good win. I think Sheffield United were second in the league.

We are still well clear at the top of the table. That concerns me a little, highlights that the competition just isnt strong enough. Would do our kids the world of good to be playing in PL2.
Any updates on the progress to CAT1? Would be excellent if could be in time to register for PL2 next season?

The next assessment for Cat 1 is this summer.

As it stands we are all hands to the pump to meet the requirements.

Great news!
Fingers crossed - seem to recall that applications are limited & cannot be resubmitted for 3 years if unsuccessful? ( may have dreamt that? )

Agreed.  Great news, R73!!!

I've been waiting for this for a long time.  The Academy is the Jewel in Forest's crown.

It's good to hear that it's all hands on deck for the next assessment and that it sounds like the club are taking this super seriously. A key stone for Forest's future.

If this could coincide with a Hughton 2nd season charge to the Premier!  Double Whammy?

Looks like Marcus McGuane's season at Oxford could be over. He's out for 12 weeks with a thigh injury.

Sad, he was by all accounts doing really well.
