Back on track lads...
Ansarifard.
A section of Olympiakos fans want him to return to Greece following Olympiakos 0-1 home defeat to PAOK on Sunday.
Not happenng of course but he is very well liked by most Olympiakos fans.

His Instagram had him in London on Monday (I think). Work permit appeal?

If I remember well last season he scored 18 goals in I think 27 appearances.
That is very impressive in any league.

hopefully we get to see soudani back soon as well he was out on the town with guediora Saturday night in Nottingham. soudani is useful asset to come as an impact sub at the very least.

Bet we don't see Ansarifard or Tachtsidis feature until January.
My guess is that there's been some shenanigans happening behind the scenes with the EFL who wouldn't accept their free agent status and so the club have agreed to just keep quiet, not play Tachtsidis and not announce Ansarifard as a Forest player, but, in the meantime get them here training and involved, so they can feature fit and ready in January.

That was my guess too, I wrote it on here a couple of times somewhere but it seemed to get overlooked.

I can see the logic behind that suggestion, but I would have thought the EFL would've been falling over themselves to have said something if that was the case. They seem to love making an example of clubs.

That is true SR, I am not saying there is anything in the suggestion and I have nothing to back up my 'claim'. Like I said it's just a guess as to a possible reason for the delay.

Nixon just tweeted saying that we're *still* waiting on a work permit decision.
