Evangelos Marinakis And Co
FFS I wish I had never mentioned it now.

I won't mention these things again in the future I will just keep them to myself because it just encourages the same old recycled bashing all the time.

I did have something to say about his replacement but I won't bother.

I'm always interested in what you have to say Sniffer because its always correct and I'm afraid you are always going to have people bash our ownership whether he is doing a good job or not. If your not going to say about his replacement on here can you send me a PM with the info because I'm always interested in what the club is doing to better itself.

The thing is that the bashing is out of order because Cordon is ill.

If people read back a bit on this thread or if they remember then they will recall me saying it.

Cordon couldn't do the job to his best ability any longer because of his personal problems so they went their separate ways.

No need for bashing.

It’s pretty obvious we aren’t going to suddenly walk away from the South American market given we have done pretty well there. Either there will be a direct replacement or Mendes will have his own man there.

OK thanks for the info Sniffer, there is often another side to things.

It is painful at the minute Sniff. You do well to keep coming back.

Sorry, Sniff, I didn’t know the other side to the story if he is unwell then fair enough a replacement is needed, hopefully he is a good replacement.

This isn’t a bash but did look back and you mentioned it on the 1st dec. I doubt many of us do read back and I can’t remember more than 2 weeks ago let alone 2 months!

Could I ask at least for my benefit (not that I said anything bad in my reply) that when you pass on info you tell us like we have no idea of the situation?

Lets not overreact, someone could have simply come on and countered what a handful of posters had stated.

It was quite notable that no-one barring Ozzy did.

Its a forum, people express opinions and if they aren't occasionally contrary to your own we'd end up in an echo chamber where everything is rosey. You might remember that such a forum existed under Fawaz, which ultimately failed as a result.

One of the appeals of this forum is that people can mostly share a contrary opinion respectfully.

At the risk of some bashing but...

EM about to sack Caraval at Olympiakos.

He's been in charge for about 5 weeks.

Good grief. I take it Caraval's isn't due to illness.

Do you think EM ever doubts himself and wonders if he's taking the right approach? I don't follow the Greek league results very closely but I think I'm right in saying that Oly aren't anywhere near as dominant as they previously have been.
