Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager
We speculate about what happened but, for sure, there was a major disagreement and this lead to a parting of the ways. I see no reason to criticise either AK or EM although I agree that it helps to blame someone if we are angry., Sadly as Reds supporters we have had so many disappointments since the great days that I try to avoid getting my hopes up just because it hurts less when the seemingly inevitable happens (again). I have no idea who I'd like to come in next and little faith that it will work out. Sad but true.

Strop over. Let’s see what happens next but I didn’t want either warburton or karanka sacked but I know some at the club have wanted jaconovic all along.

A new guy will be appointed soon enough, life will go on, & we'll forget about all this.

At some stage you will have to take a deep breath & move on to. It's part of the game.

NG3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  after all the tumultuous stuff going on, losing, sending offs, no defence, no manager, accusations and insinuations …
it is great to see you back

Every cloud has a silver lining!

I agree, AK wasn't the Messiah, I was thinking he'd been given a rough time but after a huge amount of reading through stuff, I do think the club were generally supportive to him (sorry Mr Marinakis for any names or insults), seems AK had thrown his toys out the pram a few times and it does make sense, he has form.  Total speculation is that he might of been on the phone to Jose M on a few occasions, ***extreme hyper speculation warning*** he may of wanted to be sacked and get the fullest pay off, which would put him into Judas territory

I get the impression most of the players and staff are all on there phones to there agents day in day out, the culture needs to change imo, I think we need to send Roy Keane into that dressing room

NG3 you are the forum Messiah, the chosen one, with soothing words, a haven from the scorching heat!

Ok a bit OTT, but listen, NG3 always talks sense even if it isn't what we want to hear.

It is incredible, around the time of the Ipswich win I starting to believe as well, we seemed to usually win or get something and then it all comes crashing down.

this is still a problem for me, Warburton seemed and still seems a really decent fella, I liked his vision, make plan A work!  I'm sure if they'd told him to go out and spend £30m on players he wouldn't of had too much of a problem.

This is the problem I have, is there is a common denominator between Warbs and Karanks departures?

i have been told that Aitor did a Middlesborugh type strop twice over the last few weeks based on the new incomings at board level. The first time fueled the fire for the owners to seek another manager, the second time well i think we can see what happened at that point.

The other thing i have been told is that training has been really poor for the last few weeks (since the original spat) the Leeds game being the obvious blip. On the bright side we are a much better side than we currently look at it wont take a huge change to get us clicking again.
Here we go.....

i've also heard this but didn't know how true it was.

So does anyone know why the owners didn’t fire karanka after Norwich? According to tails they were briefed he was gone. What changed their minds? Just trying to explain our latest change to innocent bystanders

Keane has just left meeting Marinakis in London so if he's agreed can't see it being long.

This would be amazing.
But so was the return of Psycho.

I'm very happy to go with the flow though.
Something to re-ignite the season on the pitch, in the stands and on my iFollow.

Has this officially been announced yet? Are we 100% sure it’s true?

Wasn’t my first choice but if he is manager I am totally behind him and can’t wait for Saturday.

Would really love to be a fly on the wall in the dressing room if the team doesn’t give their all.

Read on another forum that Keane has been to quite a few of our games this season (I’ve seen him at a couple) and also been to see the U23s which is very interesting. At least they will have an idea of the players they have to work with and also the academy players.

So many journo's have reported it that it will be happening. Only thing that'll stop it will be a last minute change.

It looks as if Keane's situation is just being sorted, then will be announced.

Let's remember that AK was reported as quit on the Thursday by said journo's, and it wasn't officially announced until Friday.
