Anyone else thinking the Premier League haven’t yet decided what to do about our little Twitter spat and are delaying PSR announcement until they have come up with a suitable punishment?

That would be the cause of more bad blood between us if the PL try to connect the two separate incidents.

They are two separate incidents and will be treated separately unless the appeals panel themselves are biased. However they can announce the verdicts at the same time.
Eg The panel have agreed to reduce the deduction by one point however the Premier League have decided to impose an additional one point sanction for bringing the game into disrepute. Hence the 4 point deduction stands.

There's no way they'd give a points deduction for a tweet.
