We had better not let him, nothing less than a 3-0 win next weekend please.

Let him have his goal if it means the same scoreline and result as the away match. The result is everything.

I think the odds are pretty long on that.

Maybe so but it's not impossible. Chelsea have Liverpool and Newcastle next while Villa play Fulham and Bournemouth.

1-2 Bournemouth.

I give up. I genuinely give up.

Every time I want a team to win these days, they lose.

So you don't think we get one more win to finish above Bournemouth?

Not about that. I hate them and always want them to lose.

But now you mention it, right now, with how things are going, I am worried about everyone above us and everyone below us.

They're playing Villa next so having them still interested probably isn't a bad thing.

Same, it will be a relief when 7th is secured.

After what happened in the Sabri season I can't never trust again.

Arsenal on 67, next 2 fixtures Liverpool away and Newcastle at home not inconceivable they lose both. Last game Southampton unfortunately but they may need something from that game.

Literally the only good result recently I can remember was Chelsea drawing at home to Ipswich.

Exactly this.

In the last month or so, the only things that have gone our way are us beating Spurs, Ipswich drawing with Chelsea (and even then, Ipswich were 2-0 up) and City beating Villa (and even then, some were torn about that!).

Nothing is going our way.

What I wouldn’t give for us to go on another good run…

If we could just beat Palace then 7th is done. Then suddenly the Bournemouth vs. Villa match becomes massive for both of them. A home win would put Bournemouth within four points of Villa.
