Just seen that SR, any plans of the overall project available other the the AI originals? Nothing on the Achitects (KSS) website?

There are some diagrams etc on the portal. Do we have any architecture / planning docs buffs in?

Hard to really get a feel for it. The height is enormous compared to the current stands and the footprint of the PT stand is huge. Generally I’m pleased with have an owner with ambition. The main concern when I look at it is having the Trent End so much smaller than the BC / PT, due to it being hemmed in by the river. They’re raising the roof of the TE to match the height of the new stands, so there will be a large wall/ screens? etc above the current seating. How will that look and play in terms of acoustics? Anyway, I’m sure they’ve thought of it all. And sooner we can get more access to tickets the better!

It is vast! 2.5 times the height id say of existing PT, making Trent end bigger and clough stand bigger there’s like 130 documents for people to view if they wanna

The DAS is an interesting read and actually now I've digested, cant quite believe the scale what is being proposed!. The scale of the investment is incredible.
Once (If ever) Phase 1 is complete the stadium will look odd so lets hope that Phase 2 follows very soon after.

I've only had a quick flick through so far but it looks much more considered this time. It's predecessor lacked any kind of forethought as to how it might be implemented and the Trent End / Taylor corner building looked like it had just been dropped in as an afterthought. As with the last Benoy scheme, I'm still not that convinced about the external appearance, I think more of an architectural statement could have been made at that corner, considering how iconic the view of the stadium is from Trent Bridge, but this scheme looks superior in every way so no complaints really.

As you say, the scale of the thing is just massive. The new PT stand makes the old main stand looks like a garden shed in comparison! I shudder to think how much the whole thing will cost. £5/6/7 hundred million?

Wow, that's a lot of wonga. The exec stand cost £2m and very nearly bankrupted the club in 1980.
