You think it would be better for them to do the work now rather than if and when we get to the Premier League, as that would result in sell outs.
When it becomes clear we are not in a position to go up this season, then that would be a good time to announce and put in a start date .
I think investing in the ground isn't connected to FFP, so shouldn't impact to much on Transfer budget (although the Spurs situation does show it can hit budgets)

Fan consultations, final design work, planning application, production drawings, tendering/costing, contractor mobilisation all done in 14 months?

38,000 it for the right size for our club. Really happy they didn't go for a super stadium where the sound is lost.

A bit of quick mental arithmetic, that would imply new Peter Taylor stand has a capacity of around 13k.
Thats pretty big. Possibly they are extending the Bridgford too? Im maybe reading too much into the artist drawing but I dont see the famous sloping roof of the Bridford on that picture. Could they be extending the upper tier of that if they have resolved the right to light issue?
