"head of football intelligence" ?

Is this our guy who hides in bushes? I guess his job has become a lot harder these past few months.

Got to say that I’ve been really impressed with how the Club have handled Taiwo’s exit on social media.

The ten minute video of goodbyes brought a tear to the eye.

Yup. Can't remember a player who's had such a sendoff - not even Johnson when he left. We've had lots of love on Twitter from the myriad Nigerian accounts because of it.

One of which published a list of some of the things Taiwo has done for communities over there. Just seems an utterly lovely guy and the farewells reflect that.

I saw that communities post too!

Was interesting to hear Elanga talk fondly of us too.

Was just a shame none of the managers contributed.

Hope he goes and gets a bag of goals. Not least so I can say 'I told you so'.  Laugh out loud

A few off-the-field updates from the latest Athletic article. Some of these been posted already but thought this was a good summary:

There are different roles for George Syrianos, Pedro Ferreira and Andy Reid within the Forest hierarchy, as the club has undergone a restructuring behind the scenes.

Syrianos, previously the global technical director, becomes chief football officer at the City Ground, taking on the role vacated when Ross Wilson departed to join Newcastle last summer. Ferreira, previously the club’s head of recruitment, will be the technical director.

The void left when Craig Mulholland joined the Scottish Football Association as chief football officer at the end of last season will partially be filled by the popular figure of Reid. The former Forest winger has moved into the head of football development role for the men’s and women’s academy teams. He will work closely with head of academy Chris McGuane, newly appointed B team head coach Dylan Malicheff and head of women’s football Amber Wildgust.

Following the departure of Geoff Scott, who was appointed on a consultancy basis in February, Dimitrios Kalogiannidis, who was at Chelsea for over a decade, is Forest’s new head of medical.

And Geoffrey Moncada is global head of football over all 3 of EM's clubs.
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.
