Forest Loan Watch

I think the key words there are “at some stage”.

Our ambition should be to not be in this division by the time he is ready (which won’t be next season)

I personally think he`d be a good option from the bench now - thought he was coming on before being loaned out.

I agree and to do that he needs to find a club that will give him the opportunity.
It's not going to happen at Forest.
Sign for a League One club and fight for promotion.

Can’t believe people think Walker is any kind of answer to us.
Next step is definitely league one for him.

Nobody said he is the answer. What people are saying is that he has had a good season and that he has earned the right to have a pre-season at Forest so MON and Roy can have a good look at him and to decide what is best for the lad and for the club.

Im not saying Tyler is good enough for a promotion chasing Championship side yet but when Grabban was out injured he would have been my first pick above our other choices for most games.

Between our leading scorer with knackered tendons and an ancient 35 year old who can still inspire a win...the pace, energy and youth of Tyler would have fit 'just fine' between the two at times this season.  And banging in 20 goals, even at D2...he must have something.  Bring him on 20 minutes against tiring legs...  I would have played him instead of Ani'.

And, after Yates inclusion, I wouldn't bet against Martin and Roy have a close look at Tyler in the Summer.

The key to Tyler's performances seem to be not talent but more to do with his psychology. At Stags he has been handled really skillfully and they have reaped the rewards. I think that now we would that too and so I agree he should be offered a role and a chance.

David Flitcroft seems to be a very positive manager. He's done very well with 'The Stags' this season and Tyler.

Grant has done ok and Smith ok to 'so-so'.

If you're scoring 20 goals you must have something. He's ours, he's Academy. He's doing well in Div' 2. Hopefully he can help Stags get promoted and it pushed his 'psychology' to the next level.

I also thought that Tyler looked decent in the Championship on a few occasions under Warburton.

Since then he has probably become a better player so he is definitely worth having a good look at during pre season.

Worrall on the bench today.

Ariyibi played but subbed.

I think so.

If you can bang in 20+ goals you have something.

Worth a look in the pre-season Summer.

How often did we say, 'We ought to take a chance on a young prospect...'  Well, we have one and he didn't cost a fortune...

I'm surprised Worrall has done as well as he has in the cauldron up there.

If he can iron out those mistakes, he'll be a player alright.

At least he's making those mistakes for Rangers and not us.

He'll come back a better player.
