In all honesty I just don't see where he would fit in now. When we first tried to sign him there was no sign of our co-operation with Mendes and the players we have since signed.

It could mean nothing, but the Croatian Sports Twitter feed that's been giving updates about Soudani tweeted that he was going to Cagliari, then deleted it. So maybe he isn't.

That article indicates medical ‘on friday’ and flying over on Thursday.

Doesn’t say which Friday like you say...could have been written last week and meant last Friday?

So the Italian journo who broke the Cagliari story now says that Soudani has turned them down for us. So we may finally be seeing an end to this saga.
