There seems to have been lots of nashing of teeth on this simply because the deal wasn’t done within days. We seriously need to gain some patience. It’s a long season and we won’t achieve anything within the first few days/ weeks/ months.
This guy appears to have some ability so let’s get behind him and AK rather than looking for a negative.

Slowly but surely there is some good business being done. Yes it’s not as quick as we’d like, but as hard as it is we have to sit tight and be patient.

Good grief Malta - You can hardly pin Algeria's non-qualification solely on Soudani.
Personally I really hope we get this signing wrapped up as I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do. He's a totally unknown quantity to this league and Karanka clearly wants to bring him in. I dare say he's a better judge of players than anyone on here so if he's been chasing him for two transfer windows then it's a thumbs up from me.

The fact that we wanted him in January to try to save our season and then even with all the money, loans etc going on we still see him as a top priory over others, says to me the manager thinks he is actually a player who will do the business.
