At one point yes but his 'travel ban' was lifted months ago. Last season he was at both Chelsea (in the cup) and QPR away. He's also attended one or two under 23 games.

Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis and Olympiacos have announced they are giving 1m euro to help with the relief effort in the face of wildfires which have so far killed 85 people in Greece.
