Yet again some appalling communication from the club. They have just announced that today’s U23’s game is to be played behind closed doors. No issue with that - but to announce it on social media just 3 hours before the game & claim that this is purely a REMINDER to fans is just not on ( as late as last night they were welcoming fans & this ‘reminder’ is nothing of the sort ).
Not the first time this season that this has been done.

Clearly the first team are training today - hence the decision.
But 2 things pissed me off:
1. The lateness of the announcement - they must surely have known 2 or 3 days ago.
2. Their claim that this was a reminder. Absolute bullshit.

I wonder how many have travelled to Wilford Road in blissful ignorance only to be turned away at the gate.
