Evangelos Marinakis And Co
That's a bit prophetic from the big man. I hope he's not decided to sell his football clubs and instead spunk his millions on saving the whale or summat.

Glad to hear he's OK though. Wonder if he's been on here to have a look?

Nottingham Forest owner Mr Evangelos Marinakis has issued the following statement:

After two full weeks in full compliance with my doctors’ instructions, I underwent my second medical test, as suggested by the relevant protocol, which turned out negative. I stayed at home, I contacted with many of my friends and relatives, I watched TV for many hours, I listened to music and spent numerous hours surfing on the web; all these helped me realized what is going on in the rest of the world and see once again how fragile our planet is.

I need to extend my thanks to the Greek NHS doctors for their care and advice: those heroes dressed in green and white coats who cater 24/7 for their fellow people; those unsung friends, each and every one of them, for their endless love, thousands of messages (or even verses) and unselfish support.

I also feel the obligation, in these critical times, to address a message inspired by experiencing this brief adventure of mine. It is worth staying at home to protect ourselves and our relatives. By staying at home, we shield ourselves and deny the virus intruding on our lives. By staying at home, we defend our community, the many, public health and contain virus spread. So there is no room for being careless or selfish. It is required to stay disciplined and fully in line with the Government and scientists.

All this brought again to my mind the words of great Greek author Nikos Kazantzakis who once said: “No stone, steel or iron can endure; man can”. Let us be disciplined and rest assure we shall endure. We shall be stronger individually and the UK shall be stronger as a country once this is over. It’s solely up to us to remain healthy. May we all stay well and strong.

Great news to hear the boss man is on the mend.

He must've done as he tested positive on the first one.
he probably tested negative on the second one because the virus has been cured from him

He had it and then retested after 14 days of isolation and he was free of it.

Great to hear he's topside. No doubt he'll be back to it asap.

Just hope he's allowed to work from home.

Yes, that's it. No doubt the post will pick it up and report it and a bit of a shit storm will follow.

The case is real but the outcome of a lifetime ban from Football for EM is bollocks as is most probably the relegation of Olympiakos to the Greek second division.
