A Hit Or A Flop
It happened to other players too not just Sheridan. Asa Hartford and Megson come to mind straight away and I'm sure there were others. Pity about Sheridan he was a class act.

Okay, I've got one. Jon Olav Hjelde
He spent 6 seasons with Forest including the up and down 98/99 season, playing 157 games.

Difficult one that McDurban.

Having given a bit of thought. Hit (just).

A hit for me.

Very tight that. He looked very good early doors, in fact I remember Roma were sniffing around him. I think in the Stoney/Coops/Kev web chat with Fletcher recently they discussed how he had no flexibility and couldn't touch his toes. Looked "like a plank" in training, but all agreed he was decent. Not surprisingly beset by injuries.
Hit - just.

Amazing. I just can't imagine a pro footballer not being able to bend over and touch his toes.

I always thought that Hjelde looked like he had the turning ark of a freight ship. No real overriding memory of him being amazing or being really bad so probably hit and miss for me.

What about Robert Tesche...

Average player, not really a hit and not really a flop.

I expected more from him. I can't ever remember him bossing a game or anything like that.

Flop.

Saw Tesche play a few times but he never impressed me.
I'm voting flop.
