Where do you have that from Sniff?

My football journo mate here in Greece. He was telling me how Figs was very close to a call up last season before he got injured. Now he's back and looking better than ever and he could well be in their next squad.

It would be fully deserved. Figs has been brilliant. Portugal are not exactly blessed with CB's so I wouldn't be surprised to see Figs in the squad sometime soon.

He has already played a ton of international games for Portugal all the way from U15 to U23 (the Olympic team in 2016) so he should be well known in that set up. Fingers crossed the gets the call up as it should do wonders for his confidence and progress I would imagine.

It would be brilliant for him. And would show other prospective young signings that you can make progress in their respective international careers at Forest, even in the Champoinship!

Yes, what a player Ribeiro is proving to be. Absolute quality and amazing workrate.

Being my usual Mr Grumpy but the free kick apart, Silva was poor again on Wednesday.

Accept that both Figs and especially Ribeiro were terrific.

I'll take that any day of the week.

I don’t think you’re alone in that view.

Good free kick though, good to know he's got that in the locker

Clubs twitter feed posted pictures of the squad on the pitch having a look about. This pic kinda shows sadly that maybe Cav seems a bit to himself too much? Instead of engaging with the main group. Unless that’s just how he builds himself up pre-match?
