I entirely agree with Ozzy's comments regarding Gary Brazil and the DOF roll, this will give the whole club continuity in how we play our football though all the various age group through to 1st team. Not sure if CC would come back but anybody with forest connections as part of the backroom staff would be good except of course Colin Calderwood!

Let him work on creating a scouting structure and pathway to the first team for both players and coaches. Sounds like change for the sake of change to be honest. Would Brazil want to move from the role he clearly loves and if you're suggesting he do both, would that be too much? I would also assume Hughton wants his own assistant and coaches not ones given to him because they played for Forest. Finally surely Vrentzos, Dourekas and Modesto are in their jobs because Marinakis trusts them and wants them in those roles?

He adapted.
High energy long ball 442 / 4411 with Newcastle - promotion. 442 /451 Newcastle prem - 11th then sack. Birmingham - 442 high energy with a shocking squad - 4th Norwich - quite defensive but didn’t get relegated! Brighton - 4411/4231/442. Fantastic job and got them progressively better but had a supportive structure. Sacked but with a heavy heart and a club with more finacially viable to go in a more progressive direction. Let’s be honest- we have been shit since Leeds and that was disciplined home defensive performance in what he specialises in. He has a brilliant record at championship level and admirable at prem level. Let him do his job please....

i guess similar background stuff with Sabri, MoN and AK?
i know the owners want the same as everyone, the timing always seems a bit skewed to me, also looking at body language of many recent managers, they often seem a bit crushed and unhappy for quite a while, it would be nice for a manager to leave on good terms with happy memories to reflect on looking at those articles there could well be an extra 20% to come from the team, especially if everyone focus's on creating a healthy team spirit, totally clear on what the plan is and focussed in the end sad to see Sabri go, i think his confidence, presence, ego, passion and self belief though had already left the building .. quite a while ago once again, as Noddy once said, 'look to the future now it's only just begun un un ... ' ... top of the league on Xmas day?
