Probably too late for a new manager to be in charge now so lets see if Reid changes anything.

Samba back in or give Horvarth another chance?
Think if we dropped Horvarth straight away it would destroy his confidence. He didnt have much to do the other night really but his handling was tidy enough for the most part. It was just with the ball at his feet he wanted to take a touch every time and dithered when the safest thing to do was smash it into row z. That’s exactly what happened for the c**k up and he nearly did the same thing in the first half. He has learned the hard way, hopefully someone has had a word with him.

Keepers with delusions of grandeur with the ball at their feet or they come out and get stranded. Forest's keepers aren't the only ones that commit howlers. But it has cost Forest points this season. No question. You build from the back. But the good ones do stand out. Barnsley's keeper with some fine saves vs Stoke. SA. Lol, The Sleaford Town keeper actually played keepy up with a Loughborough forward last week! He put the ball over the players head 3 times before losing possession and giving away a free kick!! So funny though as the keeper is a real character :shy: Not the same standard of football but as Greavsie used to say "It's a funny old game"

Horvath should keep his place, his coming for crosses and size was refreshing in comparison to Samba of late.
Just needs to cut that mistake out.
COYR!

Samba's made loads of mistakes. Horvath dropped a clanger and he'll learn from that. And whilst Samba is out the side it may give him the kick up the az he needs. A keeper that comes for crosses. The very idea... Bar the mistake, thought he had a decent game. (You can't dally on the ball in the Championship.) SA.

My first game since catching covid at the Bournemouth game.
It’s been a long 4 weeks.

Reds73, on the same token what would you do with Mbe Soh? CH took him off immediately due to the back pass (I assume) which led to the 2nd goal, should he play? Agreed it's a confidence thing and I though that CH got it so wrong at that point, young lad playing out of position, one mistake, crap management!

I just put that down to frustration on Hughtons part. He probably felt Mbe Sow responsible for hammering the final nail in his coffin. |
