Predictions League

It is with a lot of regret that I have to announce that I won't be doing the Predictions League again.

There are a lot of things going on in my personal life that sadly require a lot more of my attention, as well as my work patterns making it more difficult to do.

I have really enjoyed the two and a half seasons of running the predictions league and I would like to thank everybody who has taken part in it, particularly those that took part in every game, for participating in the correct spirit of things, even when I inadvertently cocked up! (The less said about that the better ). Your support and the spirit in which you participated kept me going through a few difficult periods.

I would particularly like to thank Joe Baker Legend for his hard work behind the scenes. Cheers Joe, I couldn't have done it without you mate!

I would also like to thank McForest for allowing us to name the league in memory of his late son Aaron. I hope that somebody takes over running it and continues to name it after young Aaron.

I would finally like to thank Sniffer for letting me loose on his forum to run the league in the first place, although I am sure the £150 he won last season will have made it worthwhile for him .

As I have previously stated, I sincerely hope somebody takes over the predictions league. Maybe a new approach and fresh ideas will give it a lift, as I did feel it was starting to flatline at times. If anybody does want to have a stab at running it, I am more than happy to assist and offer advice, if needed, to help you along.

It has been an honour and a pleasure to have run probably the best predictions league for Forest supporters on the best Forum for Forest supporters. But, my family must come first and I have to give them more of my time and attention than I have ever had to do before, especially my Wife.

I will still be coming on the Forum and will no doubt participate if somebody else does decide to run it, so you haven't totally got rid of me yet!

Thank you everyone

Tricky

Myself and Tricky have talked privately over this so I won't say much.

Just a huge thank you to both Tricky and to Joe.

So if anyone fancies taking over let us know in this thread.

Thank you Tricky.

The PL helped me a lot through some tricky (pardon the pun) times last season.

The banter and interaction it creates between a group of like minded individuals from all over the world shouldn’t be underestimated.

And I know you don’t know me at all, but what you did helped a lot.

We got the perfect end to the season.

And I hope you’re able to concentrate on you and yours a bit more this season.
