I hope the young man becomes worthy of an Ooh Ah Mangala chant.
Welcome to the WFCG Orel Mangala.

Assume you mean the original Paul McGrath version of Ooh Ah, which was good despite its IRA origins.
The Cantona version was changed to the tune of La Marseillaise which would be fine but he is Belgian!

Anyway welcome Orel, sounds like he has the ability to be a top player but needs a bit of Cooper love and polishing first.

If all these Bundesliga players do come off then George Syrianos could turn out to be the best signing the club has ever made.

I was thinking Cantona pre the change to La Marseillaise. So yeah, the McGrath one then.

Wish that was true, but sadly not. I remember the Mancs singing it long before Trentend taking it up for Franzie.

Mangala is the first name on the team sheet for me if he's fit to face Tottenham next week.

Its a difficult decision, we controlled the game far better with him playing yet looked more of a goal threat when Yates came on.

Why not the same again. Bring Yates on for last 30 - 40 mins when game opens up a bit. Mangala is very good in possession. Helps prevent us from getting overrun like we did at Newcastle when teams trying and press us deep into our defensive third. In the games I have seen in the premier league the pressing is up a few notches from what it was in the championship. Leeds were brilliant at it yesterday and that is why they won that game so convincingly. We will need to be able to play through and it will take players very good on the ball whilst under pressure.

Hope he will noty be missing for long I thought he was really good in the 2 games he started.

Him and Freuler would have been ideal tonight at City.
