What the hell was the lad thinking when he joined them? I'm sure he's a wealthy man now, but come on, is not even sitting on Spurs' bench preferable to playing for us week in, week out? And let's not forget, we will have been able to offer him a decent-ish contract. He wouldn't be on the poverty line had he come to us.

The date for our Carabao Cup third round tie against Tottenham Hotspur has been confirmed.

The Reds will face Antonio Conte's side for the second time this season on Wednesday 9th November, kick-off 7:45pm
