I'm asking myself if I really do wan to watch the game on Tuesday. I dont enjoy it anymore and it makes me really frustrated and unhappy. The dog understands.
You have to stick with the lads in the tough times in order to appreciate the good times when they come around Pap.
Am I looking forward to a 5 hr trip down and then getting home around 3 in the morning not to mention losing 2 days pay while knowing the team doing a passable impression of Man City without Haaland will probably have 80% possession against us? No not really. I go in hope, but not expectation.
Does the club deserve my support after the away members fiasco that has meant I missed Newcastle and Grimsby, plus didn't get Arsenal tickets? But now we are crap again and can't even sell out at Brighton? Debatable to say the least.
However, I am Forest for better or for worse and having experienced the rapturous joy in May I will go to every game (subject to ticket debacle) and get behind whichever players pull on the shirt to represent my club during these dark days. Be they academy graduates, young up and coming players or just mercenaries here for a pay day.
The Forza Garibaldi banners always resonate with me.
Never give up Pap. Only some players ever throw in the towel.
