Carvalho played 7 games too!

You can also mention Jordan Gabriel and Osei Tutu. Shows what a difference Spence made.

Of the non regulars, for me, Cafu deserves special praise. Has not featured much but has been a key component - only have to remember his intervention in that altercation at end of derby game to see how much he cares. Also has balls of steel to take that penalty - so often you see that late penalty Sub backfire but not cafu.

Also lyle simply for that Bristol game - you could argue that those two goals would go on to define the way we performed this season - never give up until final whistle.

Love the enthusiasm that Cafu shows, he was always first to celebrate regardless of whether he was on the pitch. He's clearly good for the dressing room and let's not forget he's a penalty specialist too.

Has everyone seen Dane Murphy's reaction.
Took me a couple of takes to spot him but he's there alright.

I could just watch this on repeat for ours, love all the players charging towards us to celebrate.

Also, very humbling reaction from Dane, nice to see how much it means to everyone.

Sums it up perfectly. I genuinely thought there was a curse on the club. Perhaps there was, whatever, the good times are back for however long. No one can take away this season and Wembley, truly historical times for the club.

The 2 standouts from that article for me.

First remembering the home defeat to Cardiff and how abject we were. The team from that day must have been shocking right? It was Samba Spence Worrall Mckenna Lowe, Garner Yates Zinc Johnson Grabban Taylor. Yep 10 out of 11 who got us promoted and thats being harsh on Taylor who played a part too.
What was the difference? Can only be Cooper.

Second was remembering the injuries to Grabban Worrall McKenna Cook Lowe, at every point I was thinking thats it season over. The January replacements? Well they were bound to be useless werent they?
We have had 23 years of being preconditioned that is the Forest way. We came within a whisker of beating liverpool with a patched up side playing 4 at the back and Worrall and Figs in defence. It just shouldnt have happened.

The whole thing was bloody fantastic, only sorry that the season has finished because it was just a brilliant ride.

Just a reminder this was 4 months ago, we've 8 played league games since then.

And the club allowed half that team to walk away.  Criminal.
