Complacency is our biggest threat.

I suspect zero atmosphere until we score.

As strong as possible, win the game inside 60/70 minutes and then think about minutes for others. Have to follow up a good point with a vital 3 points. No complacency.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Southampton - Plymouth red - 16-01-2025

Can't believe anyone is suggesting playing anything other than our strongest team. That is a dangerous and complacent attitude. Take that approach with anyone and you come undone.

Now if we are 2 or 3 up with 60 gone by all means make changes but let's not go disrespecting teams. That is a recipe for disaster

RE: Nottingham Forest - Southampton - Mcforest - 16-01-2025

With the other teams around us playing each other is this has become a very important 3 points to put day light between us and some of the chasing pack.

Fully agree, majority of the team has played at most 90 mins in the past 10 days & for the rest of the season it's not going to be much worse than that. Maybe swap Yates for Dominguez.

The real nightmare is in Feb when we play Newcastle and Arsenal with just a 1 day gap, less if you count the travel time back down from Geordie-land!

Soton winning at Old Trafford. Let’s end this smack talk about resting players.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Southampton - stirred - 16-01-2025

I’m hoping a) Dibling gets a second yellow so he’s suspended for our match b) we buy him. He reminds me of Glen Bowler’s highlights reel a bit- you know, where he looked good

He is a talent and I hope Southampton win.

1) it's against Man utd
2) I don't want them taking derby's record
3) it will beat out complacency

I agree let them come to the City Ground on the front foot.

And just enjoy how shit United are.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Southampton - BadDog - 16-01-2025

It's actually unreal how poor Man United are and for all that money how poor there squad is, they are really bad.
