If they offered 20m you have to think about it, every player has a price. Me personally would rather keep him he could be the difference from promotion or missing out on promotion.
However it would be how the owners see it.
He will certainly be attracting attention one the best players in the champ at the minute.

That would depend on which Burke we would get. The one we had before was definitively good enough. The one that West Brom currently has is probably not good enough. Maybe coming back home to Forest would unleash the old Burke. Well, it's allowed to dream.

Ultimately Forest are in a good position here and any deal should it be done will be right for Forest. I hope he stays.
Personally if Forest are top 6 come the turn of the year then I think they’ll go for it with further quality injected into the squad.
