That's not really a fair list is it chaps?
As bad as Fawaz was, we never had any senior staff arrested on suspicion of carrying out organized gang extortion under him. Unlike EM.
Despite his mistakes I still think EM's been a better owner, and has the potential to restore this club to a much better place. By appointing Murphy he seems to address his mistakes, and quicker than any of our previous 2 owners too. I hope the fans can learn to appreciate him a bit more when the relegation issue (hopefully) subsides.
But let's not paint a false picture either. There's been more negatives to his time here than just bad recruitment.

Comparing EM to Fawaz is comparing something that had a very low bar to start with.
Off field has been much better under EM, on field not a huge amount of difference.
Fawaz left us with a poor squad, and 4 yrs on we still have a poor squad, closer to relegation than promotion.
EM thought he could throw a lot of money in first 3 yrs, sign players with past history of promotion and success in this league and get promoted.
That didn’t work, and now plan B in place.
In hindsight plan B should have been Plan A

That was nothing to do with Football Alf so not sure why you are mentioning that. Obviously out of desperation.
The person you are referring to do you know that his son was murdered? How would you react in a situation like that? Like I said though it was nothing to do with football or with Nottingham Forest so in my eyes your point is not valid (sorry).

Is it only the squad that is important Reds?
Everything else just gets swept under the carpet because EM and IV did it better so it doesn't count?
Do we have to focus only on squad and league position?
How about putting some focus on this:
No EM and no IV then the chances are there would be no Nottingham Forest now.

Sniff, if anyone's coming across as desperate today mate it's you. You seem to be on some type of ultra defensive about any criticism leveled at the current setup and situation.
As I've said in my post above, I've nothing against EM and hope he stays and does well. But there needs to be balance with the POV's, and to me employing someone with connections as murky as Anigo does have something to do with the football club.
Yes I do know his son was murdered. I'm not sure why that makes conspiring with gangs to extort people OK though?

... and despite all that, 51 points was our lowest points total under Fawaz. Which came in his final season, where he was essentially absent as he tried to find a buyer.
The Greeks with all their expertise & experience, 80 odd transfers & 5 managers in 4 years took us to 52 points last season & the worst start in the clubs history this season. Although I suppose we can just blame Murphy for that.
